The olive harvest is always a magical time, and even more so the day of the first pressing, which this year fell on Wednesday 18 October. Hopes were high, but the reality is that, as already announced, the 2023 vintage is proving particularly tough for production, with a reduced quantity of olives harvested compared to previous years. Yet, as often happens in difficult moments, the true essence of what we produce comes through: an excellent new oil<\/a>. With a pleasant, well-balanced flavour, this oil is the result of the passion we put into everything we do.<\/div>\n
Luckily, it wasn’t the same for everyone: as often happens in nature, while the olive harvest was scarce, the grape harvest was a great success. Nature has its own rhythms, and every vintage brings its own surprises and gifts.
\nDespite the difficulties encountered with the olive harvest, we are proud of our new oil. It represents our determination to get the best out of even the most challenging situations. It will be available from 5 November!<\/div>\n
