All’Aria Aperta is Dianella’s signature ros\u00e9, made from Sangiovese grapes carefully selected from the estate’s oldest vineyard. A ros\u00e9 with a strong personality, fresh and fragrant, which pairs the fruitiness and lightness of the first sips with the austerity of Sangiovese, combined with elegance and refinement.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

All’Aria Aperta, Fragrant and Mineral, an Expression of the Dianella Terroir<\/strong>
\nPale pink colour. Complex aromatic profile with notes of wild strawberries, forest berries and violet. On the palate it is soft, enveloping, pleasantly mineral, with lovely acidity. Persistent, with a distinctly fruity, fresh and pleasant finish.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A Few Hours of Skin Maceration<\/b><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Cold skin maceration for no more than three hours, fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature between 12\u00b0C and 16\u00b0C, and subsequent ageing of about 3 months, also in steel.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
