Villa Dianella’s wine promotion campaign continues!
\nThis month is dedicated to the Tuscan IGT white “Sereno e Nuvole”.<\/p>\n

Sereno e Nuvole, 100% Vermentino<\/strong>
\nSereno e Nuvole<\/a> is Dianella’s selected white, made from Vermentino grapes grown on Pliocene soil rich in fossil shells. A wine that expresses the freshness and fruitiness typical of Vermentino, while maintaining an elegant minerality.<\/p>\n

Sereno e Nuvole, aromatic and balanced, a journey into Dianella’s terroir<\/strong>
\nA pale straw-yellow colour. On the nose, lively aromas of white flowers emerge with citrus accents and notes of aromatic herbs. On the palate it’s fresh and mineral, with a perfect balance between acidity and structure. The finish is elegant, rich and pleasantly savoury.<\/p>\n

Gentle vinification to preserve the aromas<\/strong>
\nFermentation takes place in stainless steel containers at controlled temperatures between 12\u00b0C and 16\u00b0C, followed by around 3 months of maturation in the same material to keep the aromatic freshness intact.<\/p>\n
