Experiencing the Farm Through Its Cuisine<\/strong><\/p>\n

Being a farm, Villa Dianella follows the rhythm of nature and the farming activities that follow one another throughout the year. The seasons change, and with them so do the work in the fields and the production. Beyond growing our vineyards and olive groves and making wine in the cellar<\/a>, our guests are often witnesses to the grape harvest, the olive or tomato picking, the wine bottling and the jam-making.
\nThis variety of farming activities is also reflected in the kitchen, which changes according to events and seasons. Every dish tells the story of our land and traditions with fresh, local ingredients, often picked and prepared on the farm. Choosing to have lunch or dinner with us means experiencing the farm through food and enjoying the fruits of the seasons \u2014 fruit, vegetables and, above all, oil and new wine.<\/p>\n

The Bistrot and Magazzino Offerings: Two Experiences, One Philosophy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our dining experience comes in two complementary forms: the Bistrot at Villa Dianella and Il Magazzino Dianella. During the warmer months, the villa’s bistrot<\/a> becomes a privileged spot to savour traditional Tuscan recipes with a magnificent view over vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see. Fresh, light dishes, perfect for an outdoor lunch or dinner, where the cuisine meets the landscape in a harmonious blend of flavours, colours and quality wines.
\nWith the arrival of autumn and winter, life on the farm slows down, and so does the dining offering: the beloved Sunday brunches return, and the bistrot stays open on Friday and Saturday evenings. Meanwhile, from Monday to Saturday, Il Magazzino Dianella reopens \u2014 for lunch only \u2014 the farm’s shop, offering a simpler, quicker option: gourmet focaccia and quick, genuine dishes, including takeaway.
\nAt Il Magazzino Dianella there’s also the chance to book tasting sessions every day. And, starting this year, cultural, playful and creative activities every Saturday afternoon.<\/p>\n
