At Villa Dianella, we celebrate Tuscan food and wine culture with great attention to quality, seasonality and local character.
Our approach is reflected in every aspect of our work and in a cuisine shaped by the seasons, using carefully selected ingredients – preferably organic, produced in-house or sourced from trusted local farms and producers.
Wine deserves a special mention. At both lunch and dinner, guests can enjoy Villa Dianella’s organic wines, deeply connected to the territory. At 12:00, by reservation, it is possible to join one of our tasting programmes, including a guided visit to the estate and historic cellars. In the evening, guests can follow a food and wine pairing journey designed to highlight the nuances that emerge from carefully matched combinations.

The menu changes with the seasons, ensuring freshness and a constant connection with the territory.
We invite you to discover the dishes we have created, inspired by regional culinary traditions and by our family’s heritage, interpreted through the chef’s personal approach. Lunch offers light, fresh and balanced dishes, while dinner features a tasting menu of 3 or 4 courses, chosen from the daily proposals, with the option to pair different Dianella wines.
